one of the loveliest ways <br>to stop time:<br>the zeitmeister chronograph.
For the first time ever, Wempe presents a German DIN-tested wristwatch chronometer equipped with a chronograph function. The WEMPE ZEITMEISTER GLASHÜTTE /SA chronograph is outfitted with a complex additional mechanism: at the push of a button, this mechanism starts, stops and resets the chronograph’s sweep second hand. It also features minute and hour counters to measure the elapsed time.

The WEMPE ZEITMEISTER GLASHÜTTE /SA chronograph is equipped with a tachymeter scale and powered by an automatic movement. The combination of mechanical stopwatch function and automatic winding is a challenging feat first accomplished by watchmakers in 1969. To further enhance the already excellent rates achieved during the chronometer testing, this chronograph is also equipped at the observatory with a specially constructed eccentric fine adjustment mechanism.

A fine and exclusive relief engraving depicting the Glashütte observatory adorns the case back, lending this watch a crowning touch.
