wempe zeitmeister glash&#252;tte #<br>aviator watch
Wempe adds six aviator watches to the line that are inspired by the history of the company and underscore its special know-how as a long-time manufacturer of chronometers. The latter is a type of watch that well can be regarded as the predecessor of the aviator watch. Wempe returns to this theme and transforms it into a contemporary line. With its dark dial, neutral fonts, and a triangular reference marker at 12 o'clock, the new models are instantly recognisable as aviator watches.

Each of these ticking treasures is outfitted with a Swiss self-winding movement containing Wempe's own fine adjustment system. The steel screw-down case back displays a high relief engraving of the Glashütte observatory, which is where the watches have passed their chronometer tests. Anti-reflective sapphire crystal makes a clear view of the time display and matching date possible. The hands and markers coated with Superluminova make them the first Zeitmeister chronometers that can be reliably read at night-in the cockpit and everywhere else.
